A seguito dell’Assemblea degli azionisti di Air Italy (Alisarda e Qatar Airways attraverso AQA Holding S.p.A.) che ha deliberato la liquidazione in bonis della società, e con l’obiettivo di minimizzare il disagio per i passeggeri in possesso di biglietti Air Italy, si informano i passeggeri che:
Dall’11 al 25 febbraio 2020 incluso tutti i voli Air Italy saranno operati da altri vettori agli orari e nei giorni già previsti; tutti i passeggeri che hanno prenotato voli in partenza o in arrivo in date successive al 25 febbraio saranno riprotetti o rimborsati integralmente.
Più in dettaglio:
- Tutti i voli previsti (in andata o ritorno) fino al giorno 25 febbraio 2020 compreso (incluse le prime partenze del mattino del 26 febbraio 2020 per voli domestici con destinazione Malpensa e dall’aeroporto di Male e Dakar) saranno regolarmente operati, senza alcuna modifica rispetto alle date e agli orari previsti e alle medesime condizioni di volo. I passeggeri potranno volare utilizzando il biglietto in loro possesso. Alternativamente, i passeggeri potranno sempre optare per il rimborso integrale del biglietto, scrivendo all’indirizzo email refunds@airitaly.com (o rivolgendosi alla propria agenzia di viaggi) entro l’orario di partenza del volo.

Per i biglietti con andata entro il 25 febbraio 2020 e ritorno dopo il giorno 25 febbraio 2020:
- - il viaggio di andata sarà regolarmente operato, senza alcuna modifica rispetto alle date e agli orari inizialmente previsti e alle medesime condizioni di volo; per il volo di ritorno ai passeggeri sarà offerta un’opzione di viaggio sul primo volo disponibile di altro vettore, i cui dettagli saranno forniti a partire dal 18 febbraio 2020 chiamando il numero dall’Italia: 0789711498 (numero gratuito),dall’estero: +39078952682, dagli Usa: +1 866 3876359, dal Canada +1 800 7461888, o rivolgendosi all’agenzia di viaggi nel caso di acquisto tramite tale canale.
- - Alternativamente i passeggeri potranno optare per la rinuncia delle tratte non fruite e il conseguente rimborso, scrivendo all’indirizzo email refunds@airitaly.com (o rivolgendosi all’agenzia di viaggi nel caso di acquisto tramite tale canale) entro l’orario di partenza del volo.

Per i biglietti relativi a voli con andata e ritorno dopo il giorno 25 febbraio 2020:
- - Se acquistati direttamente via web (portale Air Italy) o contact center Air Italy saranno integralmente rimborsati secondo modalità che saranno fornite via email o scrivendo all’indirizzo refunds@airitaly.com
- - Se acquistati tramite biglietteria Air Italy saranno integralmente rimborsati presentandosi ad una qualsiasi biglietteria Air Italy
- - Se acquistati tramite agenzia di viaggi sarà necessario per il rimborso o per soluzioni alternative di viaggio, rivolgersi all’agenzia stessa.
Tutte le prenotazioni per le quali il titolo di viaggio non sia stato perfezionato tramite l’acquisto del biglietto decadranno automaticamente. Following the shareholders' meeting of Air Italy (Alisarda and Qatar Airways through AQA Holding spa) which decided the “liquidazione in bonis” of the company, and with the aim of minimizing the inconvenience for passengers holding Air Italy tickets, we inform all passengers that:
From 11 to 25 February2020 inclusive, all Air Italy flights will be operated by other carriers at the times and on the days previously scheduled; all passengers who booked flights (outward or return) after 25 February 2020 will be re-protected or fully refunded.
More specifically:
- All scheduled flights (outward or return) up to and including 25 February 2020 (including the first departures on the morning of 26 February 2020 of domestic flights to Malpensa and from Male and Dakar airports) will be regularly operated, without any changes to the original scheduled dates and times and on the same flight conditions. Passengers will be able to fly using their ticket. Alternatively, passengers can always opt for a full ticket refund by emailing the following address refunds@airitaly.com (or contacting their travel agency) prior to their flight’s departure time.

For all tickets scheduled to depart by 25 February 2020 and to return after 25 February 2020:
- - the outward journey will be regularly operated, without any changes to the original scheduled dates and times and the same flight conditions; with regards to the return flight, passengers will be offered a travel option on the first available flight of another carrier, the details of which will be provided from 18 February 2020 by calling the following number from Italy: 0789711498 (free number) , from abroad: +39078952682, from Usa: +1 866 3876359, from Canada: +1 800 7461888, or by contacting the travel agency in the case of purchase through this channel.
- - Alternatively, passengers can opt to claim their refund for unused flight segments, by emailing the following address refunds@airitaly.com (or by contacting the travel agency if the ticket was purchased through it) prior to the flight’s departure time.

Tickets for outward and return flights after 25 February 2020:
- - If purchased directly via the web (Air Italy portal) or Air Italy contact center, they will be fully refunded in a manner that will be provided via email, or requesting it at the address refunds@airitaly.com
- - If purchased through the Air Italy ticket office, they will be fully refunded by going to any Air Italy ticket office
- - If purchased through a travel agency it will be necessary to request a refund or a change of travel by contacting the agency
